creative director
Nerida has over 14 years of broad experience in the design
industry – working with advertising, multimedia and design agencies before establishing Purple Goat Pty Ltd in 2000. Holding both a design diploma and marketing degrees her skills ensure that all projects undertaken meet their strategic and creative objectives. With her passion and high level of creativity she always delivers innovative and beautiful design solutions, firmly grounded in strategic branding and marketing knowledge.

Daniel’s background in software development and IT management brings insight and expertise to your online needs. With a degree in Computer Science and following seven years in the IT industry he merged his technical ability with his love of design and was reborn a Purple Goat. Since then his extensive experience in the management of print and online projects with his exceptional eye for detail ensure the delivery of quality solutions.

leon chanter
director
Leon co-founded Purple Goat Design with Nerida Murphy and has a number of years management experience within the creative industry. Along with his role as Managing Director of Purple Goat he is leading Purple Goat’s involvement in the Blacktown Solar City project, which includes management of all project marketing and communication.
Prior to establishing Purple Goat Leon worked as a Solar Power Engineer and Project Manager for BP Solar, giving him extensive knowledge of the renewable energy industry. While with BP Solar Leon worked throughout the remote and developing areas of South East Asia implementing community based solar power systems and developing the supporting social infrastructure required to sustain those systems. An understanding of renewable energy technology beyond the jargon is playing an increasingly important role in today’s business landscape.
Leon has also been actively involved in the Agricultural industry through his partnership in the family broad acre cropping and livestock business. This has involved strategically positioning the business to manage the persistent drought western NSW has experienced for much of the past decade.

Linda has over 6 years experience in print and digital design, with government and corporate clients working across different mediums – from print to web and the screen. Linda’s strength lies in the creation of design work that is intelligent and thoughtful. With a love of typography and photography, combined with the enjoyment of observing ideas take shape her work will impress. Linda’s experience includes: corporate branding, publications, web, print marketing and online marketing materials.

Need a highly intelligent, well trained watchdog? Then Ziggy is definitely not your dog. He is well known for walking into glass doors, tripping over his own feet and generally silly behaviour. Whilst a genius he may not be, his beautiful brown eyes and laid-back manner make him a joy to have around.

Ish bring together a diverse number of skills to develop software and IT solutions. OnCourse is Ish’s online educational management system that allows colleges, universities and other training/educational businesses to facilitate online enrollments. Purple Goat has designed the front end of OnCourse supported sites to give clients functional, well designed sites that are easy to use and appeal to the end user.
Cornerstone is our go-to for robust, well designed back-end website solutions. We’ve worked together on numerous projects that include website development and content management systems.
